Our client has agreed to accept $6,500.00 as settlement in full for the debt owed to Bank of America for visacard number 4319 0386 0608 8977. It is agreed Mr. Aguirre will call our office Monday, 1/17/2006 to do a check by phone. We have to allow 10 work days for the check to clear the bank. Once that happens we will mail Mr. Cody a letter stating the civil suit against him has been dismissed and the file closed.
This is an attempt by a debt collector to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
