Position Responsibilities
The KEY position in the company is that of the Inside Sales Representative. We are seeking aggressive and entrepreneurial Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in autonomous work environments. In this position, you will be responsible for converting leads that are generated from marketing campaigns to grow account base. You should be an excellent oral communicator and enjoy speaking with people. In addition, you must also possess an analytical mind capable of solving problems. Experience in selling financial services is preferred, but not mandatory.
Minimum skills/qualifications for the position include:
Commanding skills in the following areas:
- 2-plus years sales experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Mortgage/Lending, Debt Negotiation, Credit Counseling or Underwriting is highly desirable.
- Inside phone sales, communication, presentation, proactive selling, organization, self-management, self-starter, determination, motivation, customer service, multi-tasking and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat) skills are also desired.
