As an Inside Sales Representative/Debt Counselor, you will be responsible for analyzing clients’ specific financial circumstances and providing customized recommendations to enable clients to reduce/eliminate debt through education and our debt repayment plans.

You must be a dynamic individual who can present the program, enroll 15+ clients per month, and close the deal!  If you believe you have the ability to rescue consumers who are drowning in debt from going bankrupt and from living paycheck to paycheck, this is an exciting career opportunity; while making money!!!

Debt Counselor Responsibilities:

• Develops repayment plan and prepares payment schedule by evaluating clients’ expenses, assets, and income.
• Ability to effectively analyze and make recommendations regarding the clients’ need.
• Ability to multi-task while meeting required performance goals.
• Ethically dedicated to helping consumers reach financial freedom.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Take and make inbound/outbound calls via various marketing channels (internet leads, radio ads, and other lead sources).
• Apply sales techniques such as: creating urgency, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, closing the deal.
• Participate in constant individualized sales coaching and department training.
• Possess strong communication skills in explaining our Debt Negotiation Program to consumers across the country.  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Two-plus years sales experience in Mortgage/Lending, Insurance, Financial Services, Debt Negotiation, Credit Counseling or Underwriting is highly desirable, but not required.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat).  Experience with CreditSoft or other Credit Counseling/Debt Settlement software.
• Bachelor’s degree in preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/Chinese/Vietnamese) is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits:
$40,000+ (Base, Commission and Monthly Bonuses).
